Questions founders
ask us.

We've answered these hundreds of times. If you don't see your question here, reach out.

General
You can start anywhere. Some founders come to us with just an idea and want the full journey from validation to scale. Others have already built an MVP and just need help with go-to-market. Every stage is designed to stand on its own. You're never locked into the next phase.
Idea validation typically takes 1-2 weeks. MVP development takes 3-4 weeks. Go-to-market depends on your channels and audience, but you'll usually see traction within 4-8 weeks. Scaling is ongoing and depends on the features you want to add.
Absolutely. Most of our founders aren't technical. That's the point. We handle the development, infrastructure, security — all of it. You focus on the business side and we make sure the technology works.
We also work with founders who are scaling and need help expanding their product. If you're past the MVP stage and need advanced development, we can help.
We've worked with SaaS, fintech, edtech, e-commerce, marketplaces, mobile apps, service platforms, and more. If you're building a digital product, we can help.
Validation & Research
We talk to your target users. We run interviews, sometimes surveys, and ask direct questions about their problems, current solutions, and whether your idea would solve something they care about. We also study your market and competitors to see where you fit. By the end, you'll know if the idea is worth building.
That's valuable information. Better to find out in week two than after you've spent six months building. If the idea doesn't hold up, we'll tell you. Sometimes that means a pivot. Sometimes it means going back to the drawing board. Either way, you'll have saved time and money.
Yes. That's part of the validation stage. We help you sharpen the concept, identify the core problem you're solving, and figure out the best approach before any development starts.
MVP Development
Everything you need for a working product: frontend design and development, backend infrastructure, database setup, API integration if needed, security testing, and quality assurance. You get a complete, functional product, not a prototype.
Of course. That's the whole point of an MVP. You launch with the essentials, gather feedback, and then add features based on what users want. We help with that in the scaling stage.
Great. We can work with those. If the designs are solid, we'll build from them. If they need adjustments, we'll let you know and suggest improvements.
Yes. You own everything we build. The code, the designs, the intellectual property, it's all yours.
It depends on your product. We choose the stack based on your needs, not ours. We'll recommend what makes sense for performance, scalability, and maintainability, and we'll explain why.
Go-to-Market
It depends on your product and audience. We might use content marketing, paid ads, partnerships, referral programs, or community building. We create a strategy tailored to where your users are and what will resonate with them.
We focus on cost-effective strategies. Organic channels, partnerships, and word-of-mouth can work if executed well. We'll build a plan that fits your budget.
We can do either. We'll set up the campaigns and manage them if you want, or we can train you and hand it off. It's your call.
No. We will give you a detailed budget for the growth and user acquisition activities but we keep it very lean.
Pricing & Payment
Idea validation starts at $2,500. MVP development starts at $4,000. Go-to-market starts at $2,500. Scaling is requirements dependent. If you bundle stages, we offer discounts, every project is different, so we'll give you a custom quote based on your needs.
Yes. We can split payments across milestones or set up a schedule that fits your cash flow. We're flexible.
Yes. We typically ask for 30-50% upfront to start the project, with the rest due at agreed milestones.
Everything listed in the deliverables for each stage. No hidden fees. If something isn't included, we'll tell you upfront.
Working Together
As much or as little as you want. Some founders want daily updates and close collaboration, others prefer to check in weekly and let us run with it. We adapt to your style.
We work with founders all over the world. We'll find meeting times that work for both of us.
Email, Slack, calls — whatever works best for you. We keep you updated on progress, share work as we go, and make sure you're never in the dark.
We want you to be happy. If something isn't right, we'll fix it. We build in feedback loops throughout the process so you can raise concerns early, and we'll address them.
Reach out. Tell us about your idea, where you are, and what you need. We'll set up a call, talk through your project, and if it's a good fit, we'll send a proposal. Simple as that.
